Service & maintenance

Jupiter Facilities Management Ltd. provide total building service to both large and small commercial premises, warehouse units etc. Primarily aimed at the building managers - to provide one contact to deal with every day operations - our range of services is unlimited; whatever our client's requirements, Jupiter will have the skilled personnel to meet your needs.

Installations

Our projects department is fully capable of dealing with the small every day tasks of undertaking alteration to existing services, to large electrical and air-conditioning installations etc. All works undertaken are fully certificated, with O&M manuals enter certificates issued.

Hire

We have, over the past few years, helped our clients deal with emergency situations. Examples would be the failure of air-conditioning in a computer room, loss of electrical supply to a building, flooding of basement etc. We have back-up equipment available that can be readily dispatched to provide a temporary solution.

Design

A full M&E design service is available to help our clients meet their legal requirements when republishing office layouts etc. Our design team can calculate the heating and/or cooling requirements of a proposed new heating ventilation system.
