How we respond
Jupiter Facilities Management can provide a service levels of maintenance to suit our clients' requirements from the one-off
visit to a 5-yearly maintenance service agreement.
Following client instruction Jupiter Facilities Management will undertake a
site survey and, within 60 days, will provide a report detailing the condition of the systems or equipment to be included in the Service
Contract agreement.
The report would provide the client an excellent understanding of the condition of the equipment and
provide guidance within any non-conformances with current regulations. |

Our typical service levels are:
Fully Comprehensive
- Routine service and maintenance of the equipment.
- Full 24-hour callout facility via our help desk.
- All callouts and repairs covered within the agreed costs.
- All consumable items included within the agreed costs.
e.g. lightbulbs, filters etc.

Semi Comprehensive
- Routine service and maintenance of the equipment.
- Full 24-hour callout facility via our help desk.
- First 4 hours of any callouts covered within the agreement.
- All consumable items included within the agreed costs.

Standard Cover
- Routine service and maintenance of the equipment.
- Full 24-hour callout facility via our help desk.
- All callouts chargeable.
- All consumables chargeable.

Non Contract
- One off service visits.
- Callout facility available but priority is to contracted clients.
- All callouts chargeable.
- All consumables chargeable.
